Priya & Sunil chose the fantastic venue of Whipsnade Zoo for their Asian wedding ceremony. As Priya’s family used to own a indian mandaps and wedding decorating business, The Cloisters Suite at Whipsnade Zoo was completely transformed by no other than Priya’s father, brother and bhabi with their own stunningly restored indian Mandap. How many brides get to get married in a mandap lovingly restored by her own father!
The wedding ceremony was beautifully conducted in complete silence by the indian priest from the Hare Krishna Temple in Watford. Friends and family from all over the world – Toronto, Calgary, Mumbai, Dubai, Nairobi – had come to celebrate Priya & Sunil’s wedding day. Thank you for choosing me for your asian wedding photography.
The wedding plans drawn up by Priya’s own wedding coordinator – her bhabi – allowed time to take the happy couple for a visit to see the animals and even feed the giraffes, before returning to The Cloisters Suite for the wedding reception. I am sure both Priya and Sunil will be able to remember their wedding day for a long time. Whipsnade Zoo is a great place for a wedding photographer, as you can see from the amazing wedding pictures below.
